Our pizzas are AVPN-approved (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), authentic Neapolitan pizza, San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes, Italian flour (a percentage of the flour we use is ground), fior di latte from Campania, and homemade olive oil. Artisanal, soft, and crispy pizzas. Our innovative pizzas represent a unique interpretation of tradition, as we experiment with distinctive flavors using exotic fruits and select meats that will enrich your taste experience.

My mission is to provide you with your favorite foods in a healthy way with the best flavor. We pride ourselves on using high-quality, organic, and homemade ingredients from the Campania region. My story begins when I was 19, when I was in risk of dying, at the same time my mother died of a brain tumor. That's why I decided to do everything I could to help people and help myself. I couldn't work or eat anything, but I miraculously recovered, so I decided to go to college to study holistic nutrition and cooking. I've always been passionate about cooking and finding all the natural ways to make delicious food. I became a chef and pizza chef, always searching for the best sources of natural foods. I worked in many restaurants and pizzerias in New York and California, and I became aware of the poor quality of ingredients used around the world. That's why i am here, to bring the world's favorite meal: pizza! Using real D.O.P. products, homemade olive oil, and grinding a percentage of the flour used for the dough.
